Introducing the new Evo Lite model
No license needed. No waiting to charge. The new Evo Lite comes with VinFast’s battery swap system, allowing you to exchange batteries at official stations around Da Nang in just minutes.
🔄 How Battery Swap Works 🔄
1. Ride Normally 🛵
Ride your Evo Lite as usual until both batteries reach around 15%.
2. Contact Support 💬
Send Tony a message letting him know your battery is low and you need a battery swap station.
3. Receive Nearest Station Location 📍
Tony will send you the location of the nearest available battery swap station.
4. Go to the Battery Station 🏪
Visit the station and follow the instructions on the screen.
5. Send Required Information 📷
Send Tony:

A photo of the QR code displayed on the station screen

The code/number of your scooter
6. Wait for Confirmation ✅
Tony will notify you once the system is ready for the battery exchange.
7. Insert the Empty Battery 🔋

Place the depleted battery into the flashing slot.

Push it firmly all the way in until it locks securely.
8. Collect the Fully Charged Battery ⚡

The adjacent compartment will automatically flashing.

Remove the fully charged battery, install it into your scooter, and securely close the station door to complete the process.
9. Continue Your Trip🌴
You’re now fully charged and ready to continue your ride around Da Nang.
